Amais Ofir provides a Frequently Asked Questions page to help you improve your future stay. However we are also at your disposal through the communication channels, like e-mail for eventual questions that are not in this page.

1. Are there smoking areas?

Smoking is not allowed. You may only do so in the areas outside the property.

2. Does the accommodation have its own parking lot?

Yes, the accommodation has its own free parking.

3. Are pets allowed?

Yes. Pets are allowed in the houses, with an associated cost and prior notice.

4. Is there Wi-Fi service in the houses?

Yes, there is Wi-Fi service throughout the accommodation.

5. I forgot an object in the hotel, what should I do?

Contact the accommodation to search in the “Lost and Found”

6. How can I place special orders?

Contact the accommodation and indicate your request to know the conditions.

1. Is shuttle service available between the airport and the accommodation?

Upon previous request.

2. What is the main transport to the beach?

You can walk to the beach.

3. What are the points of interest in the accommodation area?

1. What is the check-in time?

As a rule, check-in is done from 5 pm on.

2. What is the check-out time?

As a rule, check-out can be done between 08:00 and 11:00.

3. What languages are spoken?

We speak Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

1. Do the rooms have a minibar?

The rooms do not have a minibar, as the house has a fully equipped kitchenette available for preparing meals (cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee machine, cooking utensils, and dishwasher and washing machine).

2. Are there interconnecting rooms?

There are no connecting rooms.

3. Do the rooms have a balcony?

Yes, in each house there is a double room that has a balcony.

4. What room types are available?

The room types available are: two double rooms and one twin room. A sofa bed is included in the twin room.

5. Are the rooms soundproofed?

Yes, the rooms are soundproofed.

1. How to make a reservation directly with the accommodation?

Reservations can be made through the online booking motor. Alternatively you can contact us by e-mail (amaisofir@gmail.com).

2. How do I cancel or change a reservation that I have made?

You can do it online, or via email (amaisofir@gmail.com) or by phone: (+351) 962 992 995.

3. When is the best time for a beach vacation?

The best time for a beach vacation is in the months of June, July, August and September.

1. Does this accommodation have the “Clean & Safe” Seal of the Portuguese Tourism Board?

Yes, this accommodation has received the “Clean & Safe” Seal from Turismo de Portugal, which certifies compliance with the recommendations of the Directorate-General of Health.
