II. For what purposes does Amais Ofir process the personal data of Clients?

We inform you that the data provided by Clients will be processed by Amais Ofir for the following purposes:

  • Management of reservations and/or pre-reservations requested by the Client.
  • Sending confirmation or documentation for the reservation made.
  • If consent has been given, to send commercial communications on behalf of Amais Ofir.

III. What user data will Amais Ofir process?

For the proper performance of its services, Amais Ofir will process the following categories of data:

  • Identification data: first name, last name, nationality.
  • Contact information: e-mail address, phone number.
  • Transaction data of Amais Ofir products and services: Products and services purchased or about which you have expressed interest.
  • Staying Preferences.
  • Economic, financial and insurance data.
  • Other data: data provided by Clients in open fields.

The data requested from the Client are mandatory for the correct performance of the services. Failure to provide them means that the services cannot be provided. When any requested data is not mandatory, this will be mentioned on the form.

IV. With which recipients will user data be shared?

Customer data may be disclosed to companies owned by or affiliated with Amais Ofir that require access to their data for the proper execution of their chosen services.
